03. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to: upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code, use our services to process illegal or copyrighted content without authorization, attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform, use automated bots or scrapers to access our services without permission, upload files containing child exploitation material or illegal content, or resell or redistribute our services without written permission.

04. Intellectual Property

All content on PDFQuickly including the website design, logo, code, and tools are the intellectual property of PDFQuickly and are protected by copyright law. You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading files, you grant PDFQuickly a temporary, limited license solely to process your files and return the result to you. This license expires immediately after your file is deleted.

05. File Uploads & Privacy

Files you upload are processed securely and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not claim ownership of your files. We do not access or read your file contents except as required to perform the requested operation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files you submit to PDFQuickly.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDFQuickly is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from use of our services.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFQuickly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PDFQuickly in the past 12 months, or $10 if you have not made any payments.
